I founded De-Lazuli Consult to address a problem I repeatedly encountered across African development and infrastructure: the gap between ambition and execution.
Across the continent, governments develop ambitious policies, investors seek viable opportunities, development partners deploy resources, and businesses bring forward innovative solutions. Yet too often, these efforts exist in isolation. Promising projects remain unprepared for investment. Capital struggles to find sufficiently structured opportunities. Strong strategies fail to translate into implementation.
